I am but a shell of my self after hearing Rob's version of this song. Marie was a special woman and friend to me. I drove her bus in several videos and in some of them you die hards look close enuf you'll see me driving the bus in Joyride and She's got the look in 1992. Honestly I thought Marie was the most beautiful woman I'd ever seen and she was very hard to understand with her accent. She teased me every day by sending me on food and snack runs for her while we were in Los Angeles. Her English wasn't good enuf to wander on her own yet but I was one of the ones who helped coach her. I played piano on this song on her accoustic set on mtv under an alias name. The bigger ups were afraid I'd get too much notoriority if I stayed David the Captain of her personal Prevost coach. I have countless hours of videos of me and marie fooling around on the bus and in San Francisco. While there we bought disguises so no one would notice Roxette and it worked!she had an entirely free day and we went to a movie even! We went surfing, walking on the boardwalk and she wanted to sing with a girl who was singing her song so ok she did! She was incredible and the fans didn't really catch on. They were almost and that was the que to hit the road! My stories with the band are quite numerous and to be honest the attorney repping Roxette Unlimited.has been beating the street looking for me. He wants to give me a cease and desist order so I can't tell my stories or show my pictures but no way am I letting him find me! She was my friend, my very dear friend and I'm still very hurt by her passing.we knee it was coming tho. One show back in 2013 Marie forgot the words to a song and started singing a different song. It terrified us all! We sent her to doctors in the states the next day and prognosis was not good. I've said too much dang it. Anyhow, I have 2758 pictures and over 500 videos of my time with the band of about 9 years. 9 glorious years! Rob lundgren you are incredible and brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for your cover of this special song! She used to sing it in between the busses where we'd have a bonfire. Guys would get out accoustic instruments and some bongos and we'd let the music world have it! I miss her very much. She was so fascinated by how close people's houses were in the states! It drove her berzerk she would say! Rip my friend

I listened to her years ago.... One of the best female vocals EVER...Still hear her songs in my heart, her voice through my R.I.P.
Rob....You show the emotion that she did...and the raw talent that everyone needs to respect.
