This is a field test of the AceBeam H30 headlamp featuring a peak of 4000 lumens. I was asked to review this headlamp for the use cases of night hiking and wildlife observation.

I want to thank AceBeam for providing an evaluation unit with Red-Green alternate modes and a color temp of 6500K. Red and Green output modes are shown in the video.

This review was filmed with an iPhone 12 Pro MAX at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano, Texas.

Note; A separate video will cover user interface and general operation of the headlamp.

In the future when you show light modes, walk the same stretch of path so we can see the difference.

It's a bit heavy but it's a headlamp jewel and having mass dissipates heat if you're on high power.
If someone likes high lumens this is the right product.
Thanks for the great video.

Another great night light head lamp review. And I don’t think I’ve been to this park in Plano. I gotta go back.

Great review although maybe you should have tested turbo max earlier in the video to see a difference because once the headlamp is hot there is an automatic step down that is electronically controlled so that might explain why you didn’t see a notable difference between the turbo and turbo max settings.
Also which headlamp do you think is better between this H30 and the Fenix HP30 V2 you reviewed a while back? It is hard to decide just based on videos but since you have tested these with your own eyes I’d be really interested to know your take on this.
Thank you for your videos, you’re doing a great work:)
