Transformer core (silicon steel sheet) vacuum annealing furnace

Inner-heating furnace body
Steel structure furnace shell, the furnace shell is welded of iron plates with δ=10. Seven water cooling cycling pipes are welded from 18# channel steel outside the furnace shell. An 7.5 kW strong convection air blower is installed at the tail of the furnace shell. The diameter of the air blower is φ500 with the fan blades and axis made of heat-resisting stainless steel, among which the axis is imported from Japan. The furnace body and furnace door flange are processed and formed from iron plates with δ=50, which ensures its sealing performance and deformation under high temperature conditions. It is convenient for the work pieces to get in and out. It is safe and firm, and has good heat resisting and heat-insulating performances. It also has cooling effect. There are evacuation and air charging devices on the left of the furnace body. And the evacuation device is controlled by pressure gauge with electric contact. During cooling, the work pieces can reach realistic cooling rate and rapid cooling. The educe rod and thermocouple are sealed when connecting. The thermocouple is inserted and sealed in the inner container. This heating furnace seal is leaking-free. Power: 120 KW, Voltage ≤ 50V.
2. Furnace door
The thermal insulating layer under the furnace door is made from stainless steel plates and reinforcing bars, with its inside filled with aluminum silicate needle felt. The furnace door is opened manually. Water cooling cycling silicon rubber sealing ring is used to seal between the furnace body and the furnace door, ensuring no leakage. There is an observation hole on the furnace door for inspection.
3. Inner container
Stainless angle steel is used to form around the stainless steel inner container, with the outer plate, δ=1.5, material being 310S, welded on the framework. The inner stainless steel thickness δ=0.5, and the material is 310S. Between the two plates, high aluminum needle felt compression molded from full fiber is used, with the thickness δ=70. The high aluminum needle felt is firmly fixed by stainless steel fixed parts, ensuring no deformation under high temperature. There are three rows of heat-resisting roller wheels at the bottom of the inner container, making it convenient to put the material frame in and out. The heating element is Cr20Ni80 top grade high temperature resistance belt, which is distributed around the inner container in high frequency porcelain bushing. The heating belt is reasonably arranged and is safe and reliable. It saves 20% energy compared with ordinary resistance wire heating elements. Heating type: heat around the body, three section hearing in the front, middle, and back that are controlled independently.
4. Electrical control cabinet
Three section individual heating control, PLC (Siemens) temperature control. SCR power regulator PID. Set heating, insulation, cooling in advance, then can operate automatically. Auto record temperature. With Touching screen to operate each single part. Vacuum pump auto control, with watch to show parameter. With Convection cooling fan control. Pressure transmitter can automatically control nitrogen inflation process. Loading trolley control system. Can choose operation Manual or Automatically. Auto control, when pressure on button, system will auto vacuum, heating, cooling, inflation, till cooling to setting temperature.
5.Loading system
Feeding shelf is made of stainless, to equip with feeding trolley. Feeding trolley has electric motor driving system, can manually put in and drag out from the furnace room.
6. Auxiliary devices are as follows
6-1.Regulator: Consist of three sets of 40KVA low-voltage rectifier transformer, with cooling fan on it; has testing system and instruction system inside, output will connected by copper plate with furnace electrode.
6-2.Vacuum system: Consist of a ZX-70 rotary vane pump. The system is equipped with differential pressure solenoid valve, two-way vacuum measuring and controlling silicon pipe, two-way vibration proof electric contact vacuum gauge, overpressure and pressure-relief pneumatic valve, and pressure maintaining pneumatic valve pipe during operation, and the high vacuum baffle valve is used as the main valve; Cooling system: a stainless steel shell and tube condenser with the surface area being 2 square meter is connected with high vacuum pump to effectively reduce the harm of high temperature gases to the high vacuum pump.
