People understate what Alex Goot's voice provides in harmonies. It's hard to explain, but I think there's a simplicity to the way he sings that provides a platform for whoever he's paired with. He doesn't overpower, but he also doesn't underwhelm, and I think that's a really rare and cool quality that people miss when listening to him.
