* Eye exams at an early age are important to ensure proper development and learning of all kids ~ 80% of a child's learning comes from their vision!

* The AOA recommends eye exams for kids at 6 months old, 3 years old, and before starting kindergarten (this is if all findings at these exams are normal!)

* Additional checkups might be recommended at your eye doctor's discretion

I do candle meditation for months now, everyday 20 min. So far everything is good and research says candle gazing improves vision and strength of the eye muscles. Is there any negative effects of practicing candle meditation ?
