I just got a quote of $1300 to replace just the glass on my front window. Rediculous.

If your windows are condensated inside the unit, replacing the glass on its own is only a temporary fix. Because the frame is not doing it’s job, the glass will be ruined within a year or two. It’s best to replace the whole lot or you’ll end up spending double or more.
