Moscow Russia, is one of the world's most beautiful cities, day or night! So much of the city is lit up with lights, adding to the magical feeling of visiting Moscow. This isn't a great Soviet city, but one with history dating to over 900 years.
GUM Department Store fully lit up at night, and Red Square is packed with people, even until midnight. Moscow never sleeps. Walk under the famous Nikolskaya Street twinkling hanging lights made famous during World Cup. See St Basils Cathedral shine and Spasskaya Bell Tower, and end up across Moskva Reka with the iconic view of the Kremlin, all lit up. It's better than a postcard! Moscow at night is different than the day-time. Truly a stunning city.

Is Moscow safe at night? Sure was in my experiences, but you need to be smart and safe in any global city. I felt safer walking in Moscow than I did in New York. It helps that I can speak the language, but you will see for yourself in the video.
