Introducing The OpEx Shop | The Operational Excellence Shop

Bill (The OpEx Shop) was asked to speak with a group of professionals to help answer the question: “what is Operational Excellence.” That virtual dialog was recorded and broken into a series of video shorts focused on quickly building alignment around how Bill has leveraged Operational Excellence to drive operational improvement, business growth and success.

Operational Excellence
An element of organizational leadership that stresses the application of a variety of principles, systems, and tools toward the sustainable improvement in employee experience, customer experience, and Operating Profit/EBITDA.

In this video short, Bill presents a brief professional biography before shaping Operational Excellence in terms of “helping businesses perform more effectively” and “solving complex business problems.” Bill further introduces the idea of building consistent execution by enabling good employees to perform nearly as good as great employees.
