John ekanem is the highlight of this movie. I have never seen him in this kind of role in a movie. He ate his role. Somebody that was rejected in his community is now getting married to a rich lady who once paid his groom price to prove a point. Love can be found in places lest expected. This movie may not be ur kind of movie but sure has the important lessons in it., that is to say there a man for every women and there is a woman for every man just pray you found ur perfect match. I didn't know that John Ekanem could be so versatile!! What a character Spako was!!! Everyone did his best but his performance was just outstanding considering how difficult it should have been to perfectly embody such a complex and colorful character!

I had to write my review. Thank you Sonia, casts and crew . I haven't laughed the way I did in a while. Sparco was the star of the show. He nailed that role!!! Patricia is Sparco's Destiny Helper and they both made each other a better version of themselves . There's so much we can learn from this movie but the greatest lessons for me are :

1) Never look down on people. You can't judge a person's situation because life happened to some people. Some people just need to meet a Destiny Helper to be the best version of themselves.

2) Not everyone will understand your vision in life. Some journeys are meant to be walked alone. Patricia went ahead to pay Sparco's Bride Price despite her mom and friend disagreed. She maybe would have missed out on real love if she didn't cross paths with Sparco though I am not gonna dismiss the fact her intention was impure.

3) Money can't buy things like love, health, peace of mind, character and happiness.

4)Real love heals

5) Don't judge a person based on someone else's opinion. Get to know people for yourself. Sparco had a bad reputation in the village when he's actually not bad as described. See the way he took care of Patricia. He could have left her when she was down but he stood by her and took care of her. If Patricia had listened to what everyone says, she wouldn't have paid Sparco Braid Price .

I enjoyed the movie. Not the regular Nollywood Love Story. 10/10
