Turn on Bluetooth yours phone, and turn on minirobot app, scooter automaic swich on Bluetooth.

You have to find the Bluetooth with your phone, and tere you see the Bluetooth

Gave up with the mini robot app,
and mine also just flashes the Bluetooth light for a second and disappears,
I don't think it has Bluetooth
