Making a Beautiful Patterned Countertop from Cheap Pine Lumber

In this video I discuss how I'm constructing the countertop of my first cabinet using a whole bunch of pieces of pine lumber 1"X4" (3/4" x 3-1/2" actual) and securing the whole concoction with a lot of dowel pins...Not the easiest construction...but it worked for me.
