Hailey Bieber lives in Calabasas which is INCREDIBLY dry and absolutely has a drought issue, but you'd never know it looking at all of the celebrity homes in the area. It's not about concern for her water bill, it's how much water are her and other celebrities using without a thought that other regular people in the area are limiting themselves on because they are most at-risk of being affected by environmental issues.

I do a weird thing. After cleansing I let my face dry all the way cause it's the only time it's not covered in something and it's vulnerable to become irritated when still wet from washing. Letting it dry tightens everything up and makes all the irritation go away. Then I wet my face with toner to put on skincare and that's one of the reasons my skin is always baby smooth.
