You could try making yourself tired with high intensity movements (like running, jumping squats. And the one that gets you the most tired is throwing punches, kicks, move your body as fast as you can) then take a relaxing warm shower to make you sleepy.

Also not being satisfied with your day can also make you restless and not wanting to sleep. Maybe there was something you wanted to get done 🤔
