I have a question, I filed a disputes and they came back as verified. My question is, if you do business with a company, and they themselves cancel your account and refund me my money, then do they have the right to sell my information to a collection company when they knew their equipment wasn't working and they made the decision to cancel/stop the service. All I asked was to re-do the contract for two cameras instead of four cameras, two of which did not work. I also have pictures on my phone to support the evidence of the non-working cameras. ADT which is the company that did this bogus crap waited for six months and then claimed that I owe them and sold my info to Trans World collection company.
