Hi, love your globetrotter suitcase. I live in the UK so I was able to visit the Flagship store to for over a 1 year plus before I decided to treat myself to one which was a limited edition 21" carry on. Got 10% off as there was a slight imperfection on it. At the airport it gets more stares and complements than I do. Did you manage to sort out the buckle issue?
