We had a little rejected by her mom lamb when I was growing up over 60 yrs ago! Her name was Annabelle. Lived in our house bottle fed and her favorite thing was to make spit balls out of my dad’s newspaper while he was reading it❤️

What a precious baby❣️ Most people think that sheep are really stupid, in my experience, all animals have an amazing ability to learn lessons, are able to give and receive love. It has to be so much fun to interact with her every day. I melted seeing her come hoping over to you. You’re her mom for life ❣️❣️❣️

had a pair of lambs born on valentines Day years ago, and we named the girl Cupid. literally the sweetest, most loving, in your pocket, pet me please, girl on our farm. she was smart enough to come to her name. she got an infection in her udder and the openings to her teats scared over. she couldn't feed her babies herself, but would stand guard while we gave her lambs bottles. she still kept claiming her babies, so we didn't need to keep them separated and was the perfect mom in every other aspect.

Had a goat for 17 years. He mostly lived indoors but went where he pleased. We house trained him and was just as good about going out as the dog was. He was hysterical. I can't describe how hard he would make us laugh.
