When accepting client retainers or customer deposits in QuickBooks Online Projects, there are a couple different ways to correctly track the money you receive from customers.

So the customer retainer used and receive will use the same account as customer retainer only when we apply the customer retainer used then we input (-) signed instead. is that correct, sir? by the way great video and insight

Hi there, I liked the video. Can the same principle be applied to Real Estate transactions when we receive prepaid rent from tenants for, let's say, 6 months in advance?
