3:30 They are not communicating telepathically, they are using pheromones. Many ants actually use sound to communicate individually, while still using pheromones to spread a message to the entire colony. Pheromones can be laid, detected, and followed by other ants over great distances to get to a food source, new nest location, potential threat, etc... Each colony has their own distinct pheromone scent that serves as their own little "ID badge, " telling other ants that they are part of X colony.

So I think the premise of the first add was that the 2nd lady got her revenge by becoming a more high value woman (being more educated from reading, being more physically fit from dancing, having better clothes) than the first lady

Fun fact:
The " telepathy " for the ant is actually partly a thing they can dow with they're antennas it's used for calling other ants nearby from their nest/ant hill as we call them, when they are in distress or just need help.
