After 3 minutes of hearing her talk I can tell you exactly why she didn't get the loan.

Her: “they didn’t give me a reason, so I’m just going to assume it’s because I’m black”
Us: “maybe it 10 other reasons. You should’ve dug a bit deeper. There’s probably A LOT of people that got denied, ESPECIALLY during covid. How many people or business owners do you think asked for a loan during covid?”
Her: “doesn’t matter. I deserved one.”
Us: “you’re not entitled to a loan just because, moron.”

If she really owns multiple properties, do those properties have loans on them? She could possibly have been denied due to debt to income ratio.

When you are turned down for a loan the institution always give you a reason. For some reason she's not willing to discuss that.

Her voice alone probably got her loan denied & $60k is a pretty big unsecured loan unless you have substantial assets & income.

VICTIM MENTALITY. Who the hell gets a "personal loan" for 60k witgout a net worth of millions? Banks have no collateral for personal loans like a morgage or car loan and 60k is a HUGE risk for any bank.

She must of not opened that letter of denial in the mail. It gives reasons for denial. I don’t believe a lender will not give a reason on paper. Her argument that the lender didn’t give a reason is a loss right there for her. .

A bank has to give you a reason for a credit denial. She either has a very strong case to sue the bank, or she’s full of crap.

I believe every bank has a different amount (cap) for a personal loan. $7500. I believe is the highest I’ve seen
