I love Jimmy for what he has done for us, but the way he's going about things with the team is disturbing. I may not like the fact that Pat Riley chose to publicly humiliate him by telling him to shut up, but I can't blame him for the way he does business. It is best for both sides to part ways, it may not be Phoenix, but at least you still have a job playing the game, and for the Heat, you may have to rebuild, but at least you get to play our young guys and move forward.
