Also eula's best in slot artifact set is literally a fatui artifact set. Just look at the appearance on all of them. The time piece literally has a big fatui logo on it and on other pieces you can see little fatui resemblance and logos

Theory:

Sandrone is accutualy a puppet herself just like the Raiden Shogun but its Guizhong ver or Guizhong didnt die and revived somehow and joined the fatui or Sandrone is a rencarnation/decendent of Guizhong

I got the theory that sandrone is just an incomplete puppet copy of guizhong. Guizhong not liking the life a god and just wanted be together with her friends(cloud retainer, madam ping and zhongli) so she created a puppet copy of herself to lead her worshipers. However she end up dying before its completion. The fatui end up finding the puppet copy and bring it back to sneznaya and activate it. The puppet contains the memories and knowledge of guizhong but lacks the personality and emotions of guizhong.

I do think there would be a story quest that involves madam ping and cloud retainer(probably in their prime form seen in the cutscenes) to turn sandrone into guizhong
