I remember adding a comment under one of his videos that he must be a Blasian because I noticed some subtle Asian features. That was years ago. Back then you can see the number of dislikes on comments. For some reason, so many people insulted me and disliked the post for saying this. They said I was being insulting.
What did I say? That Pharell Williams looked part Asian? What’s wrong with that?

And that’s the first time I learnt that the Internet doesn’t spread hate. It just exposes how naturally hateful people are.

Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities.

Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach similar outcome.

Equity is saying that if you need a wheelchair you shouldn't have to justify that need. Or if you are short, a stepstool should be provided if it's required to do your work. If born into poverty, services should exist to break that cycle.

Equity is not expecting special treatment or resources taken from others. It's just an acknowledgement that not everyone is the same, nor should they be expected to fit into society's very rigid idea of what a useful person is without a little support, instead of just forcing people to take a position in society based on traits they cannot be blamed for.

Equity is a form of affirmative action which means people that don't deserve to be someplace to work. Some place to participate in something. We're only there because the color they're skin. Are there perceived?
Sexual orientation by themselves. Equity is put out by people who cannot succeed on their own. And they want everybody else to help them succeed and pay for it.
How are we gonna do it for 1 color 1 group of people you need to do it for all I want payback on all the years I paid. On my mortgage.
So I can have equity that people that don't have to pay Mortgages
