Nicci is passionate about connecting people and sharing stories that give people insight into the South African entrepreneurial context and way of life.

Nicci works as a consultant, based in South Africa. She works with small businesses to develop growth strategies. She also consults to institutions across Africa for the development of entrepreneurial eco-systems. Her primary objective is to create corridors between South Africa, Africa and Europe for the benefit of all entrepreneurs.

I've always thought that "less developed" countries were a bit more understanding that technology isn't everything due to culture but after seeing Nicci's talk I realise it's about opportunity and accessibility. This is so true, and across the world what keeps us apart is the choice we make into looking at our uncomfortable state and taking it as truth rather than breaking through it, and finding what is really the truth.
