*Tenji and Kaguya met after she arrived on earth. After a while, they married and had two sons, Hagoromo and Hamura.
*Fugaku and Mikoto are a married couple originating from Konoha and the former leaders of the Uchiha Clan. They are the deceased parents of Itachi and Sasuke.
*Rasa and Karura were the third kazekage and his wife. They have three kids, Temari, Kankuro and Gaara.
*Shikaku and Yoshino are a couple from Konoha. They were the former leaders of the Nara clan. They are the parents of Shikamaru.
*Inoichi and Mrs. Yamanaka are the former leaders of the Yamanaka clan. They have a daughter together, Ino.
*Choza and Mrs. Akimichi are a couple and the leaders of the Akimichi clan. They are the parents of Choji.
*Kizashi and Mebuki are two former shinobi from Konoha, now acting as civilians. They are the parents of a daughter, Sakura.
*Minato and Kushina were a married couple from Konoha and also the fourth Hokage and his wife. Together they had one son, Naruto.
*Asuma and Kurenai are two ex shinobi of the leaf who were secretely imvolved. They had a daughter, Mirai.
*Sasuke and Sakura are a couple from Konoha and two of the greatest shinobi in history. They are the parents of a daughter, Sarada.
*Sai and Ino are a married couple and the leaders of the Yamanaka clan. They have a son, Inojin.
*Choji and Karui are a couple and the future leaders of the Akimichi clan. They are the parents of a daughter, Chocho.
*Shikamaru and Temari are a married couple and the ruling leaders of the Nara clan. They have a son, Shikadai.
*Naruto and Hinata are a couple from Konoha and also the seventh Hokage and his wife. They are the parents of two kids, Boruto and Himawari.
*Rock Lee and Tenten are two shinobi of the leaf village. Even though it was not confirmed that Tenten is Metal Lee's mother, it's a strong posibility.
*Kakashi and Mei are the former fifth Mizukage and sixth Hokage. If they had a kid, he would have looked like Houki.
*Konohamaru and Hanabi are two shinobi of Konoha. Although it's not confirmed that they would become a couple, this is their hypothetical daughter, Hanara.
*Kawaki and SumIre are two genins from Konoha. After they had a few interesting interactions, it looks like they could become a couple and have a kid, Sawaki.
*Mitsuki and Chocho are genins of Konoha. Even though they had only a few interactions, the chemistry was there. This is their hypothetical son, Chosuki.
*Boruto and Sarada are two shinobi and the descendants of the greatest heroes. In their case it's almost certain they will be together and have a son, Saruto.

Sarada Uchiha should have as many kids as possible so the sharingan can survive, even more if we need siblings to exchange their eyes to prevent blindness.
The Uzumaki clan in a matter of 2 generations got hold of the byakugan (unsealed) and the last sharingan 😵‍💫 they should have at least 8 kids, to make sure all those special powers survive somewhere
