Gigi was hired and paid to be in this music video. Gigi and her mother Yolanda saw how much hype this song and music video were getting, so they approached Zayn with an offer. Just go along with what the media is already saying, and then Gigi will introduce Zayn to important people in the fashion industry. The media did what the media does, starting false rumors. They started reporting that Zayn and Gigi were dating. Gigi is known for being a paid "girlfriend" in Hollywood. Zayn figured win, win. Zayn wouldn't have to explain for whom his songs truly were written. People would just assume they were written for his so-called "girlfriend." (LMAO). And he would be able to get his foot into the fashion industry. It was also a win, win for Gigi because her mother Yolanda was pushing for her to date actor Leo DiCaprio. Gigi did not want to date that old man. She preferred to date someone her own age, like Zayn. Also, dating Zayn would help increase Gigi's internet following. Zayn became good friends with Gigi (so he thought). He thought he could trust her. Both Zayn & Gigi wanted a child. (There is more than one way a woman could conceive a child.) In May of 2020, it was announced that Gigi and Zayn were expecting a child. Khai was born on September 19, 2020. On June 4, 2021, Gigi's sister Bella's friend attacked Zayn outside a billiard hall in New York. The guy called Zayn a homophobic slur. In September of 2021, Zayn dropped Yellow Tape, which had three tracks on it. One of them being GRIMEZ. One of the lyrics was "Call Leo, 'cause we departin'." Zayn outed Gigi for being a paid girlfriend. He basically told her to go ahead and date Leo Dicaprio because he was done with her. (September of 2022, Gigi started dating Leo DiCaprio. LMAO). That p*ssed off Yolanda because Zayn outed Gigi for being a paid girlfriend. Remember, GRIMEZ was dropped on September 13, 2021. On September 29, 2021, (sixteen days after Zayn outed Gigi for being a paid wh*re.) Yolanda file charges on Zayn. They were false allegations. Zayn adamantly denied the charges. She was trying to take away Zayn's custody of his daughter from him. In October of 2021, Zayn and Gigi announced that their arrangement was over. They would no longer be going with the narrative that they were dating. They would be splitting 50/50 custody of their daughter. They would co-parents separately. I'm so happy Zayn is away from that family and is in a better place now. Zayn seems so much happier now. Zayn said it best, "Take me for What I Am." 🖤🖤
