Bayonetta 3 has amazing gameplay, great music, mid performance and resolution but I think the overall package is pretty good!

Remember when Bayonetta 2 dropped on the wii u and everyone complained it ran poorly, when it ran just fine? People just like to complain for no reason, not to mention that it's actually IMPRESSIVE that Bayonetta 3 runs this well on the switch!

Playing with the summons felt like playing Astral Chain. A bit limited compared to it, but I'm really glad they included "just" mechanics for the summons. Really fun and looks super cool. :D

Back when Amazon did discounts on their pre-orders, there was no way I was cancelling mine way back from 2018 knowing I was getting it for $50 lol. Picked up both the standard and the Trinity Masquerade Edition! Haven't dove into the game yet, but I'm loving the positive reception I've seen so far.

Great review. The more gameplay footage I see of Bayonetta 3, the more I am convinced that it is the game that I didn't know that I needed to play. It is very tempting to go out and buy a copy, which I probably will do at some point. The one thing stopping me right now is the fact that so many great games have been coming out and I don't want to build up a backlog that gets out of control.

At the beginning of this month I didn't have any Bayonetta games for the Switch, now I have physical versions of them all plus I got the collector's edition for the 3rd one

Sold! I'll buy Bayonetta 3 this week. It's 2025 and Switch 2 is releasing this week. Gonna pick up some Switch 1 games on sale as well.

Great overall game. I would give it a 8/10. I was surprised at how much I loved playing as viola and her battle music is awesome. I would love to see viola get her own game. It'll be interesting to see what Bayonetta 3 performance and gameplay will look like if it is released to other platforms. My minor gripes are the Kaiju battles and Jeanne stealth levels. The Kaiju battles are ok to me and I would rather play as Jeanne with gameplay similar to Bayonetta and viola. Hellena Taylor really missed out being a part of the final game in the Bayonetta trilogy.

Stop thinking about it and just buy the game. Its bloody fantastic and we need the best sales as we can get so we get more games like it. Buy multiple copies and give them away, just support any way possible.
