Creating a Promise class in JavaScript for React Asynchronous Loading Example Tutorial

In this video which is showing my micro app for tours in Antigua I am needing to refactor out loading of the tour info and I have never before used the Promise offered up in es6 ! So this is not adding anothe library becase you fear loading in XHTMLHttpRequest style - DO it its not hard. Though many people fail to show how easy it is !
