Target Goodfellow and company got some nice well fitting and well made denim shirts. I picked up a couple of shades for $20. Each. I like the cut better than my much more expensive Levi's denim shirts.

I have a linen shirt that's denim colored from Banana Republic. It's one of those you can roll the sleeves up and there's a piece of fabric that can button it in place. Love that shirt. I usually wear it with a pair of white khakis and a straw fedora and some driving mocs. Gives a very relaxed summer vacation vibe. When I wear it to work the co-workers call it my going yachting outfit.

nice informative video guys!
but if you don't mind me, i'd like to bring up 2 points:
1) please do not hang any of your clothes in thin wire hangers (express shirt), for obvious reasons.
2) unless someone has a very well developed chest, doing the 3rd button undone may not be the best option, especially when moving around/bending and the shirt doesn't lay flat and close to the body. not saying this because of skin exposure, but more of it suits guys with slightly bigger muscles. tailoring may help, but i still don't think it's the best thing to do without that kinda body.
aaron marino gives this advice of going 3 undone and i tell him it only works if someone has the body to pull it off.
