"Social justice warrior" (commonly abbreviated SJW) is a pejorative term for an individual promoting socially progressive views including feminism,civil rights, multiculturalism, inclusiveness, and identity politics. The accusation of being an SJW carries implications of pursuing personal validation rather than any deep-seated conviction, and being engaged in disingenuous social justice arguments or activism to raise personal reputation.

Social justice warriors believe in an extreme left-wing ideology that combines feminism, progressivism, and political correctness into a totalitarian system that attempts to censor speech and promote fringe lifestyles while actively discriminating against men, particularly white men. They are the internet activist arm of Western progressivism that acts as a vigilante group to ensure compliance and homogeny of far left thought.

As someone who was a woman studying mechanical engineering I will say that one of the reasons I changed majors was because of the hour requirements when I would enter the work force, which wouldn’t allow me to have a family right after college if my husband was also and engineer. I want to spend time with my kids and so I chose a major where I can work an 8-5 and be the mom I want to be.

I always felt like an airplane, but people just refuse to sit on my back when I am offering them a flight to exotic places😢 the government refuses to give me a thousand liters of airplane fuel a day and they still force me to go and do normal work. Discrimination 💯

Women avoid engineering because they have seen relatives and neighbours covered in dirt etc. I know women who are electricians, gas heating/plumbing engineers, press tooling engineers and they are treated equally, obviously. Physical strength is not relevant as cranes wre available
