I've analyzed this.(I got bored)
First up, Visuals: Stelle and Firefly are classmates(obviously).
Firefly is sick(like in canon with Entropy loss syndrome) evidenced at 1:48-2:07.
At 1:48 we see March and Dan Heng in a hallway which at first glance(at least for me) seemed like the school they (assumedly) all attend. However in the next frame/scene(1:52). We see Stelle holding onto Firefly who is hooked up to what to be an IV drip. At 1:58 we get a close up look at the IV drip. Throughout the video we see Firefly crossing out a list, and photos. I can assume that Firefly is trying to make the most of what's left of her life. Now at 2:35 theres a black hole and at 2:42 and 2:43 something happening. We can see that they're fighting(idk if each other) BUT obviously they aren't actually beating each other. This is a world where they are fighting after all. So this probably symbolises something. At 2:46 we see the black hole again and both Stelle and Firefly are there. Firefly is curled up and Stelle is standing and (i assume) approachs her and reach out for her at 2:51. I believe that this is representing Firefly closing herself off and Stelle "fighting" to get back to her/reach her(that's just my thoughts and pure speculation though). 3:01 something is happening. Firefly is trying to write something in her notebook, but can't. Whether this is because she is gettin weak from being sick, a mental breakdown, or something else. 3:11 It's probably a breakdown or something else, I think Firefly is struggling with the fact she is probably going to die(will get into that later).

Second part: Lyrics( I have 1 and a half page google doc with lyrics now)
First of all obivously "Let me stay a while, Stop the world from moving on" is about Firefly wanting to live in the moment and just live the moment for a while, and ignore the future.
at 0:29 "With everyone right by my side, everywall is broken down, And I might be alright" I think this is refering to Firefly feeling like she might be alright with everyone around her. 0:44 "Maybe one day I will find, an escape from the weight on my mind." I think the weight is her sickness. 1:46 This is the hospital part. "With everyone right by my side, I forget the fear and doubt, And I might be alright, Even though time is running out" Even though time is running out. I think this is hinting at Firefly dying from her sickness, due to well "time's running out" and she's in a hospital. 1:59 "Here maybe one day I will find, An escape from the fate I'm assigned" The fates she's assigned. Another lyric that is probably hinting at her dying(im sorry). 3:07 "And I'll cherish all the memories before they're going going gone" I've yet to talk about any of the chorus s but that was because I don't think any important enough for me type it out.(I'm on mobile rn) but this one. "cherish the memories before they're going going gone." seems like either she's going to lose her memories or die, and the first one doesn't make sense in the slightest, so another hint of her dying.(IM SORRY). 3:28 "I know I'll dream about this memory until I'm going going -" It says "until I'M going going -" Firefly most likely died, or is "gone" just like how the gone is gone. The song cuts off before the gone can happen after all. It cuts to a black screen quite abruptly. I'm infering that Firefly died suddenly/abruptly.
Part 3: Smaller visual details.
Starting off nice 0:34 Firefly's nails are painted. Also the lyrics on screen look like it's written in a notebook. 1:02 First look at the bucket list, (you can see bucket list in the top left corner) Firefly rode a bike for the first time. 1:02 some more small things. 1:13 connecting to Firefly riding a bike, Stelle and Firefly are riding a bike together here. 1:22 Stelle(?) is on the locker. 2:18 More small things on Firefly's bucket list(GUNDAMS(I assume that's what the model kit is))(why did she want to puke???)(for the fun(?) of it ig anw moving on) 2:22 Stelle's bat is spiked/nailed(just wanted to point it out). 3:01 You can see Firefly's tears on the bottom left corner of the notebook. 3:03 it gets bigger. 3:03 crossed out text 3:05 "I desperatly wished these days would never end" 3:11 you can see her tears on her hands(or sweat. probably tears). 3:12 "i want to live" 3:28 This is hard to see on mobile, but for a few frames Firefly is in the photograph and it's black and white, and then she dissapears and it turns colorful. 3:29 WIAT WAIT IS THAT A GRAVE NO RIGHT?? RIGHT??? ... 3:29 "Grow old with the one i love" ... in red.(Realized it's hard to see. It's 1 frame, right after the photograph)
I put way too much time into this(it was worth it) I'm also sad now

Fun fact: the notebook she is breaking at the end is the same as the one she was putting the things she wanted to do at the start of the song, probably meaning that she still had a lot of things she wanted to do before dying but knowing she doesnt have enough time, she breaks down, breaking the notebook, You can also see the notebook wet (probably from her own tears) before she breaks it. Also, the fight scene with Stelle is probably Firefly trying to scare off Stelle because she knows that if they stay together Stelle will get hurt, her fighting back meaning she doesnt care about getting hurt, she wants to continue being with her (This are all my assumptions but i like being able to say they make sense).
