We almost need a lawyer nowadays for any and every transaction. My wife can't even get the oil changed in her car without being told she needs extra things done or the car will drive itself off the road and our kids will die.

I'm glad I paid them off years ago! They sent me an email a couple weeks ago saying they'd close the card acct cause I haven't used it in years. The card's long been cut up. Good riddance!

Bank of America is horrible. I work in real estate, and we cringe whenever we hear their name. From bank owned repos to mortgages, BOA sucks. They just do.

I have a checking account with Bank of America but definitely not a credit card. I’ve had no problems with them but I watch my account daily. Lol

Bank of America is the worst. I tried to pay my house off early & they fought me tooth & nail. I showed up at my local branch which is where I took out the loan, & they said I couldn't pay it IN the bank. I had to mail it in. I also could not get a finaly payoff amount no matter who I called. I finally wrote the check out for MORE than what I thought & the. Fought to get a refund in the overpayment. Never ever again

This call did more than $60 worth of damage to Bank of America. After she calls Dave here, she should just pay it. If it was me I would feel better that they lost more than they stole from me.

When they were NationsBank, I was an employee before they transitioned to Bank of America. I left that job after they transitioned to Bank of America. They paid me my final wages but sent the amount of my final wages to collections as if I owed them that amount and I hadn't worked 80 hours for it. Very unscrupulous company.
