A Pro Cycling Manager 2019 let's play in which we attempt an "All Monuments" challenge on extreme difficulty in the pro cyclist career mode. One thing that helped me guess how long climbs are, is that the line below the map in the buttom right corner, is actually a distance counter. Each line is 10km, except for the last line.
An example would be a stage that is 148km long, 7 black and 7 grey, and the last line would be shorter at 8km.

at 26:20 you lost it there because you had the effort on the dot above 85-ish. at which point it starts eating at your red-bar. Just keep it at 85-ish and you will still be able to sprint when the others arent.

I don’t think the aero skill works at effort higher than 92 (when your rider stands up), I presume the skill is in effect when you are riding in TT stance.
