I think it’s fine to play however you want when you are getting invaded, honestly.

But when you are waiting to ambush someone and you don’t notice them charging up a slow af giant projectile, then it’s completely on you, not the invader.

It’s crazy how much patience people have for this game. I redownloaded it last night, within 5-10 mins got invaded by another player, didn’t even fight back bc of how weak I am, and then just got shit on by a squad of enemies & was like “Ight I might hop back on in another 5 months.”

If you’re invading another person’s world you’re in fact the one trying to ambush. I hate how I’m getting summoned to help someone to a boss battle and all of a sudden we’re being invaded. What’s the point of the invading multiplayer tools if they’re just going to let people invade while someone is just asking for help? They want help not to freaking dual. Wish they would fix that. 🤦🏻‍♀️
