MORE CAKES & CONVERSATIONS:

Kevin brings joy as he talks about Buddy the Elf, Autism, and texting girls while creating his Rice Krispies Football Cake. When he asked, "What is autism?", we got real about life and disability. Truth is every creation is beautiful and we all deserve to be treated like royalty. So let's start treating!

What I learned today:
- Disability doesn't define you. YOU get to define the disability.
- There are people who truly love their jobs.
- When you are loved by your family you walk through life more confidently.
- Movies make a huge impact on our friends with disabilities.
- Boys of all abilities are clueless when it comes to girls.
- There is joy in the journey. Don't rush the process in order to get to the final product.

We took an hour and 40 minutes of footage and squeezed it into 19 minutes for today's show. When we rush through life, which I am prone to do, we miss so much. We miss the beauty in the pause. If you stay quiet long enough, who knows where the conversation will go. Today I encourage you to step back, hand the "spatula" to someone else, ask questions about them, and listen. Truly listen! Wait. Pause. And watch what happens. Your life might be better because of it!

Kevin is a hard worker, quick learner, teachable, humble, and smart. He makes those around him better.
