Hello! Just saw the ersu messina list. I'm eligible for both stipend and housing service, but they have mentioned in NOTE that I should upload resident permit and ISEE before September 30th. My visa could be approved in October. If I submit my documents after 30th September, won't I be allowed for accommodation? And when will I receive my stipend If I don't submit my documents on 30th September?
I don't know what to do now? Do you know how to solve this issue?

For regional scholarship (massina), I researched some info and found out that they start to give stipend to the eligible students nov-dec, and before that we need to submit the documents offline,

Confusion is, do we have to stay sep-oct-nov by our own ? And what about the tution fees? Do we need to submit the tution fess before confirming the regional scholarship?
