After Words: Richard Haass, 'World in Disarray'

Council of Foreign Relations President Richard Haass examines the challenges to foreign policy in his book , "A World in Disarray" and argues for what he calls world order 2.0 - a more modern global operating system. Mr. Haass says that the U.S. maintains a leadership role in providing stability in the world but that America will also have to deal with its own political issues and offers recommendations for a way forward.
