The twister was the love of my life. Alas, it was taken from me long ago by the corporate overlords in KFC-land, never to be available in the US again. I've made it many times at home, but nothing will ever quite compare to the wilted lettuce, under ripe tomato, overcooked chicken, and stale tortilla that I could get at KFC. Brings a tear to my *sniff*

Oh! Try adding a pinch of sugar to the pepper mayo, that's the secret that makes it taste just like it came from the mass produced jug at KFC. (really though, it adds just a tiny bit of something to the sauce that you don't realize is missing until you add it) :)

Grego you need to try what we use to make when I worked at KFC "breaky wraps" tortilla, zinger fillet, cheese, bacon, chips and BBQ sauce then chucked in a sandwich press until crispy

Nice work there GregO but I’d heat the wrap, air fry the leftover foul, discard the tomat and serv with supercharger sauce… Great use of the leftovers for a burrito 🌯 yeeww - Cheers Gibbo

tomatoes are hard to cut with a smooth blade, especially if it's dull. i'd recommend using a serrated knife for safety and control.

That microwave eather needs cleaning or if it is rust in the corners needs replaced as a rusty microwave ovens can leak which is not good.
