You need to do one installing the headboard brackets.

Glossed over just how much you need a second STRONG person to help with a queen. That base is extremely heavy and awkward to move around.
Good luck if you have to go up stairs and exercise extreme caution when flipping or positioning inside an existing frame. It's doable, but not easy.

The power cord is on top of the frame. How can I get it underneath where it belongs?

Didn't get it. Inside hole is for bed frame. If I don't have one, use outside??? Seems to make no sense. So if I have a bed frame, the legs anyway go outside.

I have just paid this ghosted with adjustable frame. This mattress has been so bad. The coils create different pressure points and I just can't stand the pain. Verry disappointed with this product.

Very poor welds, in about two weeks the welds started to come off from motor joint, customer service is hard to contact also, heads barely go up

WHERE IS THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ADJUSTABLE BASE? HELPPPP! I took a picture of the 2 tags before flipping it over and I don't see a "serial" number at all. I need to register this bed ASAP. Please answer. Thank you
