Could eveyone just take a moment to appreciate the most realistic grass ive ever seen on any model diorama, fantastic! 👍🏻

Awesome build, and while relatively simple the base adds a lot to it. I've always loved the WWII era heavies like the Lanc and B17. They were bulky and utilitarian looking, while also somehow being graceful and clean looking at the same time.

I’ve seen "G for George" in person at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. The historical significance of this Lancaster is that it was the largest plane to fly under the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1943.

Brilliant - im currently building the Airfix version - some fit issues with the fuselage, getting ready for primer.

Nice. How does the size compare to a Lancaster in 1/48
