Ingredients
4 slices of bread
Olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
4 chicken breasts
cherry tomatoes
mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
spinach leaves
grated Parmesan cheese

1. Spread a little olive oil and some chopped garlic on the bread slices.

2. Use chopsticks to make an incision on the chicken breast, making sure not to completely cut through the chicken breast. Add thin slices of mozzarella cheese and chopped cherry tomatoes to the cut. Season with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.

3. Add spinach leaves to the bread slices, and then put a stuffed chicken breast on each slice of bread. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Serve while hot.
