Who is this ? Does she not know that Rwanda is technically at war with Congo? Rwanda has a very repressive government. People go to Afghanistan, north Korea and Somalia for holidays, does that make them a safe country?

Saying that the person consented voluntarily to go to Rwanda as evidence that Rwanda is 'Safe' is not evidence that Rwanda is a safe country from Brainless Badenoch. It s simply proof how unbelievably bad it is in the country the person is seeking asylum from, that they consented to go to Rwanda rather than be deported back to where they came from.
