Uh this is wrong its the breakaway reigon called transnistria for those don't know where's transnistria it located between Moldova and Ukraine in 1991 the region declared its independence on Moldova then the war broke out in 1992 or 1993 and the Russians intervene it ended in a transnistria victory but for a very long time there's a russian base after the Soviet union disbanded and on 2006 they are requesting to be a part of the Russian federation and now they are requesting help
