Let me tell you my experience I've been using it since my childhood and now that Im 20 years old my skin has no acne no pimple and no spots and I've got so many compliments on my skin (even girls below my age ask the secret that how does my skin has not even a minimal of texture and I always tell them I use dove and have never applied any chemicals on my face and never have I ever got a facial treatment as they are full of chemicals) and also I have always tried to keep my skin natural with no use of makeup (only at special occasions)
All the credit goes to my mother as she never allowed me to put makeup on my skin during my early teen years, I even remember I wanted to get some facial treatments and she said "No, you donot need this, your skin is already good and these treatments will do no good to you instead they will look good for certain time and then will rip off your natural skin beauty after some time" and today Im so thanful to my mom that she guided me the right things and I will guide the same skin care tips when I'll have a daughter

I started using it on my face when I wear sunscreen, cuz I wear a lot. I love the way it gets my skin very clean and it doesn't strip it. I can get away with just a water wash the nevt morning it cleans so well

I like the one and done. I used to like buying different products for face and skin but it’s too expensive. I used to use olay bar soap on my face years ago it cleared my acne then I started back using biore which broke me out so instead of Olay I just bought a bunch of dove bars. I’m done with face washes I will just use dove

Use natural things like multani soil (100% natural) instead of harmful chemical based soaps ...multani soil is also very cheap and 100% organic, natural, safe, just use with mixing some water and apply that paste in full body and Just see the glow ❤
