All I have to say is that you are incredibly smart, and hard working. You deserve all that you have! FYI...your leggings are GREY, not PINK. Also, take your time purchasing a house. The investment is huge and know it's not just the house mortgage. Double that and then some. Keep in mind, property taxes, homeowners insurance, appliance insurance, external water line insurance, external gas line insurance, electric bill (the larger the house, the larger the bill), gas, ect. You are young, be wise and GOOD LUCK! :)
