hmmm... well, the reality is that WE the people are the ones who will suffer and pay all this tax to the energy companies. Energy has never been so insanely expensive! Wow, this is genius! Great video... would only recommend using “fee” vs. “tax” since a revenue neutral policy really isn’t a tax.

There's little debate, we need to make the price of dirty energy honest, so the price tag tells the truth about what's good or bad for society. The debate should be around how to allocate the trillions raised from the extraction of fossil fuels. ► If YOU would rather decide directly how that money is spent, rather than the government deciding for you, then support the 100% refundable H.R. 763 - Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act. (EnergyInnovationAct.org) 100% of the revenue collected from the extraction of coal, oil, and gas is rebated back to every American household on a per-capita basis. This keeps the plan revenue-neutral, which means it doesn't grow the government. It also means that most households (esp. lower and middle income) directly benefit financially after accounting for increased energy prices. We get our checks before prices rise.
