I used to work at Cheesecake Factory and I’ll tell you the Alfredo is not made fresh it used to be made fresh but like any restaurant they wanted efficiency so more food can be sold so they used a prepped sauce in the back then it’s brought to the line to be made

It’s funny you say that about their fettuccine alfredo. I went last week, noticed it tasted different (didn’t taste as gourmet as it used to) and the only that changed was the price had gone up! You should try their pumpkin cheesecake, so good during this season. 🍂

I thought the Chicken Madeira (spelling) was their #1 selling dish! Their fried Mac and cheese is the best, avocado toast was so good (no longer on the menu), that white bread is mid but it makes the best French-toast (best brunch item). Now I only go occasionally to get a slice of red velvet cheesecake to go (2-3 servings for me 😊)

Whaat! The “white bread” (sourdough bread) is AMAZING when it comes straight out the oven! Go on a slow day that way you get your food quickly and some fresh hot sourdough bread!

Next time try some of these: truffle honey chicken, spicy rigatoni vodka pasta, fried Mac & cheese, egg rolls(tex mex or sampler), Buffalo blasts, chicken Romano, chicken costoletta, bang bang chicken & shrimp, steak Diane.

For desserts: strawberry cheesecake, pineapple upside down, Godiva, coconut cream pie, salted caramel, adams pb cub, white chocolate raspberry, carrot cake.

I honestly had the Oreo cheesecake once and it did not go down easily lol, it was very filling, very sweet and got me nauseous on the second bite lol
Every time I go there I always order the chicken Romano, it’s become tradition at this point lol
