Okay, so here is my personal note:
- Strong entity: "may" or "may not have" the relationship -> No total participation
- Weak entity: "must have" the relationship in order to exist -> Total participation

Strong entities "MAY" have total participation. Weak entities however always have total participation.

Why couldn't my lecturers just explain it like that I was so confused until this video where it was explained if it 'may or may not' it is a weak relation versus 'has' where it is a strong relation.

Is it correct that all the Weak Entity has total participation because I also see some Weak entity example that have optional participation.
