How to Read Structural Drawings (Example Reinforcement Drawing)

Example of a typical bar call-up on a reinforcement drawing with an explanation of rebar notation. Reinforcing bar positions:
T1 = Top 1st (outer most) layer
T2 = Top and second layer
B1 = Bottom and 1st (outer most) layer
B2 = Bottom and second layer
NF = Near face
FF = Far face
EF = Each face (Both near and far face)
ABR = Alternative bars reversed
STG = Alternative bars staggered
ALT = Alternatively place
IDH = In drilled holes
LINKS = Bars similar in shape to bar codes 33 or 51 in BS 8666: 2005
U-BARS = Bars similar in shape to bar codes 13 or 21 in BS 8666:2005

Bar designations:
B = Grade B500B or B500C conforming to BS EN 10080 and BS 4449
S = Grade 500 deformed stainless steel bars to BS 10088

Could you please define H as " 9 H16-03 T4" . what is the purpose of H instead of B

Would be grateull if you can explain the meaning of VP. Also I have noted that there is only BOTTOM and TOP labelled but not specific to B1, B2 and T1 and T2. Also the bars to not reach in the beam zone. On a more practical side, the T1 being at the top, T2 is rarely shown in layout but in practice it is placed first, being under T1 bars. Do you have any notes on T2 bars? I am also looking for notes on dropped slab say at balony usually 100 to 150 mm. lower than the remaining slab.
