Infiniti Q60 convertible (Infiniti G37) - CarBuyer

The Infiniti G Convertible is the Nissan-owned brand's competitor to the BMW 3 Series Convertible. Like the BMW, the G Convertible offers four seats and a folding hard-top roof that retracts in under 25 seconds. Boasting stylish looks and a decent ride quality all models are well equipped and provide impressive performance from the 3.7-litre V6 engine. Despite the extra 182kg of chassis strengthening required over the coupe model, the rear-wheel drive G Convertible handles well and makes a great noise with the roof down. Negatives include a slow automatic gearbox and with an asking price in excess of £40,000, the interior feels a little cheap.

I was glad to hear her take on the handling being a bit wallowy as compared to a 370Z. I own a 2014 Q60S with a six speed manual and a 2004 350Z with a six speed manual.
The thing i noticed was that the 350Z just goes straight and does not hunt the road at all where as the Q60S requires a bit more driver input to keep going straight. The Z is also a tad bit quicker handling. The Q60's 3.7 L engine does not have the bottom end torque of the 350Z, but the 3.7 L engine really revs up higher then the older 3.5 L. As for acceleration, both cars accelerate to 60 the same at around 5.4 seconds. This is because although the Q60S has 330 hp verses the 350Z's 287 hp, the Q60S is over 500 lbs heavier.
