Ethics requirements isn't controlling the court. The Supreme Court is a lifetime appointment. So they should have stronger ethics requirements.

This guy is saying that the Supreme Court shouldn’t have to abide by an ethical code. They should have the most stringent ethical code of any court, not the loosest. SCOTUS is essentially allowed to take bribes as long as it isn’t a cash payment- we need change, our judicial system is corrupted.

It’s such a joke. These are some of the best judges with amazing careers. They don’t let politics get in the way of their decisions. They don’t let corrupt prosecutors ruin people’s lives.

Is this guy for real. Every other court, Federal, State and Local has ethical standards. And Congress does have the right to regulate the Supreme Court. They can change the number of justices, they can even impeach them. This guy is a clown.

They want this to pressure them to rule in their favors. The only ethic is whether they are following the constitution or not. When a Justice is upset that the 1st amendment interfers with the governments ability to sensor speech, that's a huge problem!
